TraderStat Android Privacy Policy
Updated 6 October 2026. This policy covers the TraderStat Android app (com.traderstat.app) and the TraderStat pages displayed inside it. The operator and data controller is Denis Gramovich. Contact TraderStat at work@traderstat.com about your data.
Information we process
You can browse public research without an account. If you register or sign in, we process your email address, authentication credentials, account identifiers and profile information you provide, including your name. Account settings, watchlists and research requests may be associated with your account. Support receives information you choose to include in an email.
Servers process IP addresses, request times, requested resources, browser or app information and error or security logs to deliver and protect the service. Previously collected website activity records may include account or session identifiers, email and display name.
Saved pages, offline market data and device favourites are stored locally. The app stores authentication sessions to keep you signed in. Android releases 0.6.0 and later do not send native screen-view analytics and do not load TraderStat's Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity tags in their embedded pages. Earlier test releases may have sent preview usage events with consent; the app settings include a request to erase those installation events.
Purposes and service providers
We use these data to provide accounts and research, remember settings, answer support requests, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Authentication and database services are provided through Supabase; website hosting uses Railway. Charts use the Lightweight Charts library. External image hosts and the fallback library CDN receive network information, such as IP address and browser information, when their resources are requested. They process those requests under their own privacy policies. Broker partner links may be displayed as sponsored content; opening an external broker website is subject to that website’s privacy policy. Processing may take place outside your country.
The Android app does not offer purchases and does not request contacts, precise location, microphone access or an advertising identifier. Financial research is informational and is not a trading or brokerage service.
Storage, security and deletion
Connections use HTTPS. Authentication sessions are stored on the device; avoid sharing an unlocked device. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Account data are kept while the account is active or needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data without installing or signing in to the app. Support verifies account ownership and confirms the scope and completion timeframe. Records required for legal obligations, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute may be retained; support will explain the applicable data, reason and retention period. Previous transactions, if any, are subject to these exceptions. Deletion requests also cover relevant service providers.
You can request access to or correction of account data through support. Local saved pages and cached data can be cleared in app settings. Android's app-storage controls remove remaining local data. Uninstalling the app does not delete your server account.
We complete verified account and personal-data deletion requests within 30 days after confirming ownership, except for necessary retained records disclosed to you. Backup copies are not used as active account records and expire under the hosting and database providers' backup schedules. If a backup is restored, completed deletion requests must be reapplied before the restored personal data are used.
Changes and contact
We update this page when practices change. For questions, correction or deletion requests, email work@traderstat.com. Do not send passwords, one-time login codes or private keys.
