Delete your TraderStat account and data

You can request deletion here without signing in or installing the TraderStat Android app (com.traderstat.app).

1. Email work@traderstat.com from your account email address, with the subject “TraderStat account and data deletion request”. The operator is Denis Gramovich.
2. Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. If you cannot access the account email, explain this so support can verify ownership another way. Never send your password, login codes or private keys.
3. Support will confirm receipt and any verification needed. We complete verified requests within 30 days after confirming account ownership, except for necessary retained records explained below. Opening the email link does not send a request: you must send the message.

What the request covers

Your account, profile, server-side saved preferences, research requests and personal activity data associated with your account, including relevant data held by service providers. Public research about third-party traders is not removed merely because a reader deletes their account.

Records required for a legal obligation, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute may be retained. Support will explain which records, why and the applicable retention period. Deleting the account does not clear cached pages on your phone; use the app settings or Android app-storage controls to clear them.

You may also ask support to delete specific personal data without deleting the whole account; describe what you want removed.
